Insure Your Trip to Walt Disney World Resort This Summer Because of Hurricanes. |

This might be the perfect summer to consider going to the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando early in the season. The Weather Service just released the predictions for the 2008 season, and they said that there is a 60% to 70% chance of having a more active season than normal, so if you have penciled in the Walt Disney World Resort, consider getting travel insurance for your trip. I know a family that ended up in a hurricane in Mexico, and it cost them dearly in missed flights, nonrefundable hotel room charges, and their health. The weather forecasts can be completely wrong, but they are getting more and more accurate, so if you plan to travel to locations this summer, keep an eye on the weather forecast, and make sure you get some travel insurance to cover your expenses should the worst happen. Going to the Walt Disney World Resort is a trip everyone should have the pleasure of making, but in active hurricane seasons like this might be, spend a few extra bucks, and insure your trip. |
